Obsolete Protection & Control Products

This category brings together discontinued protection and control products, including trip and auxiliary relays, supervision devices, arc protection equipment and station alarm panels. These items are no longer available for new orders but remain documented here to support installed systems, provide access to technical bulletins and user guides, and guide customers toward current approved replacement solutions.

1B230

Auto Reclose Relay

The 1B230 auto reclose relay provides up to two-shot auto reclose control for distribution and transmission systems, with independently adjustable dead times for both shots. A cycle is initiated by operation of a protective relay, provided the breake...

1F701 700 Series

The 1F701 Series relays are solid-state general purpose flasher relays with electro-mechanical output contacts, designed wherever a simple continuous cycling time delay is required with identical ON and OFF periods. Part of the modular 700 Series of ...

1L710 700 Series

Liquid Level Relay

The 1L710 Series relays are solid-state liquid level detecting relays with electromechanical output contacts. Designed for auxiliary mains voltages, the 1L710 applies an isolated low AC voltage to immersion probes, eliminating damaging electrolytic a...

2C720 700 Series

AC Current Sensing Relay

The 2C720 Series relays are solid-state current sensing relays with electromechanical output contacts. Designed for AC current systems, the 2C720 is ideally suited to monitor current transformer outputs wherever high accuracy and reliable, maintenanc...

2C73

High Impedance Differential Relay

The 2C73 relay provides high-speed differential protection for power system plant including generators, busbars, motors and the individual windings of power transformers, and is also suitable for restricted earth fault protection. Under through-fault...

2C81

DC Current Sensing Relay

The 2C81 is a DC current measuring relay. The measured input current is derived from a mV drop across a current shunt. A switchmode power supply provides a very wide auxiliary operating range. A relay fail alarm is provided in the form of a C/O conta...

2T749 700 Series

Series Delay On Timer Relay

The 2T749 Series relays are solid-state general purpose time delay relays with electromechanical output contacts, for use wherever a time delay with high accuracy and maintenance-free operation is required. Part of the modular 700 Series, they meet r...

2T770 700

Series Recycling Timer

The 2T770 Series relays are solid-state general purpose flasher relays with electromechanical output contacts, designed wherever a simple continuous cycling time delay is required, with separately orderable ON and OFF time ranges. Part of the modular...

2V63

DC Voltage Relay

such that the output contact pick up when the pre set voltage level is exceeded. Alternatively the relay may be set for under voltage operation such that the output contacts are normally picked up & will drop out when the monitored voltage fall ...

2V730 700 Series

AC Voltage Sensing Relay

The 2V730 Series relays are solid-state voltage sensing relays with electromechanical output contacts. Designed for AC voltage systems, the 2V730 is ideally suited to monitor power supply voltage levels wherever high accuracy and reliable, maintenanc...

2V731 700 Series

DC Voltage Sensing Relay

The 2V731 Series relays are solid-state voltage sensing relays with electromechanical output contacts. Designed for DC voltage systems, the 2V731 is ideally suited to monitor power supply voltage levels wherever high accuracy and reliable, maintenanc...

2V76

Single Phase Voltage Relay

The 2V76 series relay is a single-phase, protection-class AC voltage relay. It can be configured for under- or over-voltage operation and includes a filter for rejection of third harmonics for neutral displacement applications. A definite time delay ...

3A300

Pilot Wire DC Intertrip System

Each 3A300 station comprises an intertrip send input interfaced to the local protection trip contact, an intertrip receive output contact interfaced to the local breaker, an isolated DC intertrip voltage for the pilot wire, pilot wire supervision, a ...
