Local entities and authorised representatives may access the data in Salesforce to follow up the request for sales, service or support purposes.
Personal data may be processed through the website content management system, Salesforce, Usercentrics and Google Analytics 4. It may also be processed by approved hosting, IT, analytics, consent management and other service providers acting on behalf of Wabtec.
Recipients may include Wabtec Netherlands B.V., the relevant regional Mors Smitt or Wabtec entity, authorised sales or service representatives, IT and CRM support providers, professional advisers and public authorities where required by law. Personal data is not sold.
Because morssmitt.com supports regional follow-up worldwide, personal data may be accessed or processed outside the European Economic Area, including by relevant entities in the United Kingdom, Australia, China, Hong Kong and North America. Such access is limited to purposes such as regional sales follow-up, service and support.
Where applicable data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Wabtec will use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism.
