The 2T770 Series relays are solid-state general purpose flasher relays with electromechanical output contacts, designed wherever a simple continuous cycling time delay is required, with separately orderable ON and OFF time ranges. Part of the modular 700 Series, they meet rigid Australian and international specifications for electrically hostile conditions. The timing circuit uses a variable frequency oscillator with a binary counter for high reliability. Timing begins when power is applied; the output relay operates after the preset time, then repeats, changing over at the end of each timing sequence. Output contact status is indicated by a front-panel red LED.
