Bombardier was looking for compact controllers for the PHD Regio2N units. The available space in the train was very limited.
Our Engineered Solutions department developed the concept in collaboration with BT’s engineering. The result was a smart design that focuses on the available space and the desired functionality.
The compact controller is easily accessible for maintenance requiring no special tools. Ultimately, hundreds of these fully prefabricated units were built, tested and delivered to Bombardier.
