Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales of our products are subject to the Orgalim S 2022 General Conditions for the Supply of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Products. Where the scope of supply includes installation work, the Orgalim SI 24 General Conditions for the Supply and Installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Products shall apply. These conditions are supplemented by the Mors Smitt Specific Sales Conditions. Any other terms or conditions are expressly rejected.
In addition to the applicable Orgalim General Conditions, specific sales conditions may apply depending on whether you are doing business with Wabtec Netherlands B.V. or RMS. Please select and review the conditions of the relevant contracting entity below.
