The 1F701 Series relays are solid-state general purpose flasher relays with electro-mechanical output contacts, designed wherever a simple continuous cycling time delay is required with identical ON and OFF periods. Part of the modular 700 Series of electronic measuring relays for electrical system protection and control, they meet rigid Australian and international specifications. The timing circuit uses a variable frequency oscillator with a binary counter for high reliability. Timing begins when power is applied; the output relay operates after the preset time, then repeats, changing over at the end of each sequence. A front panel red LED indicates contact status.
