Designed for application wherever a time delay is required with high accuracy, reliable and maintenance free operation. The 700 Series range of electronic measuring relays are manufactured as a modular approach to electrical system protection &#038; control. Designed to meet rigid Australian &#038; international specifications the 700 Series provide a flexible, cost effective &#038; extremely reliable solution for a multitude of applications under electrically hostile conditions. Application The timing circuit employs a variable frequency oscillator with a binary counter. The preset time will commence timing on application of power to the auxiliary supply input. The output relay operates once the preset time has elapsed (delay operate) and a visual indication given y a red LED on the front panel. b The output relay will reset when the input voltage drops out for a period greater than 40 illiseconds. m Power failures of less than 20 milliseconds duration will not affect the operation of the 2T749 which will continue timing out.
